With over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Bob, also known as Shahrizal Salleh, began his career as a hotel chef, where he honed his skills in a variety of cuisines, including Malay, Indian, Indonesian, and Spanish, with a special focus on Malay cuisine. Over the years, he has gained widespread recognition not only for his culinary expertise but also for his vibrant presence in the entertainment industry. Chef Bob has made numerous appearances on Mediacorp and the Asian Food Channel, featuring in dramas, sitcoms, cooking programs, and travelogues.
In 2015, Chef Bob published his first cookbook, Aroma, which showcases his passion for flavorful dishes and his dedication to culinary excellence. Beyond the kitchen, Chef Bob is a strong advocate for a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of a balanced, tasty diet combined with exercise.
